Building regulations application

The Building Regulations in England apply to most new buildings and alterations to existing buildings. A series of approved documents provide general guidance on how specific aspects of building design and construction can comply with the Building Regulations.

At Beech Hill Architects we can develop the technical design in sufficient detail to enable a building regulations submission to be made. As part of the technical development of the drawings, the design will need to be co-ordinated and integrated with the relevant designs provided by the other project members which we can do.
